Size exchange policy:

We offer product replacements of the same style and not across style. We offer a free first-size exchange on every item in your order. To initiate a exchange:

1. Email us at 20eight.20nine@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, product name, current size, and requested size.
3. Items must be in their original condition with tags intact and unused.
4. After your first free exchange, additional size exchanges will incur the standard fee of ₹100 fee per item.

Returns:

We offer a 48-hour no-questions-asked returns! To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at 20eight.20nine@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order. No returns raised after this window will be processed. 
2. Include your order number, product name, and contact details in the mail.
3. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Items must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered state.
   
4. The cost of the return request is ₹ 100 per item, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return exclusions:

Returns will not be accepted if:

1. The item was custom-made (e.g., personalized sizing or design).
2. The item was not returned in its original condition (with tags intact, unused, and unaltered).
3. The item was purchased at a discounted sale price.
